Privacy policy
We collect only the data the platform needs to work, and we never sell it. This page explains what we collect and why.
1.What we collect
- Account details: the student's name and mobile number, the parent's number, grade, and email if provided.
- Study data: lessons watched, attendance, exam answers, and scores.
- Class data: join and leave times from Zoom or Google Meet, to verify attendance.
- Payment data: plan, amount, and payment status. Card details are handled only by the payment gateway.
2.How we use it
- To run your account and unlock content according to your subscription.
- To record attendance and count recording views.
- To send attendance reports, results, and subscription reminders to the parent and student on WhatsApp.
- To improve lessons and exams using aggregated, anonymous figures.
4.How long we keep it
- Account data and scores are kept while the account is active and for one year after it is closed, then deleted.
- Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.
5.Your rights
- You can ask for a copy of your data, correct anything that is wrong, or close your account and have your data deleted.
- Parents can turn off non-essential WhatsApp messages from the message settings in their account.
7.Security
- Connections to the platform are encrypted, and passwords are stored hashed so nobody, including us, can read them.
- Access to data within our team is limited to people who need it for their work.
